A welcoming entrance verandah overlooks the landscaped front yard. A courtyard within which the staircase is designed becomes the central design element of the living dining space. The courtyard is a double height space lit with natural sunlight.
The large living room overlooks the front yard garden. The living dining spaces are cross ventilated & the courtyard helps in taking the hot air out of the home. A staircase within the courtyard links to the first floor & also becomes a design element.
The open kitchen opens to the dining space & also opens out into an outdoor kitchen yard. The bedroom is tucked away & is cross ventilated. Two car Parking spaces are tucked away neatly.
First Floor
A spacious family room overlooks the courtyard below & opens to the front verandah overlooking the front garden. The spacious master bedroom has a defined closet space & opens to the front veranda. Bedroom 2 has a spacious balcony & attached bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a spacious balcony & attached bathroom. A clay tile roof is done above the first-floor roof for heat insulation & creates an attic space.
